Perception-Machine Learning Lead Engineer
1、Work with the teams to define the technical requirements
2、 Lead a team of engineers to research, design, implement, test and deploy robust and high-performance machine learning systems for autonomous driving
3、 Design and implement large-scale machine learning pipelines
4、 Design and develop models to detect lane line, pedestrian, vehicle, traffic signal, and free space, etc.
5、Design and develop models for predicting the behavior of the other actors
6、Research and explore new technology to improve the systems
Essential Skills:
1、Knowledge of the theory and practice of deep learning and its recent advancements
2、 Knowledge of modern GPU architectures
3、 Proficient in creating labelling documents to communicate the requirements with the third-party labelling company. Integrate the pipeline with the cloud infrastructure
4、 Proficient in training and evaluating deep neural networks to detect lane lines, vehicles, traffic signals and free space in practice
5、 Proficient in optimizing the tradeoff between speed and performance of the networks
6、 Proficient in isolating, documenting, and tracking issues systematically
7、 Proficient in working and communicating with other engineers and executives
8、 Proficient in multitasking and prioritize the work
9、Capable of working independently to quickly overcome challenges without supervision
Desired Skills:
1、 Experience of developing machine learning products
2、 Experience of C/C++11
3、 Experience of managing GPU clusters for training deep networks
4、 Experience of compressing and porting the neural networks to embedded platforms
5、 Knowledge of fundamentals: discrete/continuous optimization methods, supervised/unsupervised learning, generative/discriminative models.
6、 Knowledge of classical computer vision techniques and camera models
7、 Knowledge of CUDA or OpenCL programming
