State Estimation Lead Engineer
1、Work with the teams to define the technical requirements
2、 Lead a team of engineers to research, design, implement, test and deploy robust and high-performance state estimation systems for autonomous driving
3、 Design and develop the vehicle state estimation module
4、 Design and develop the object tracking and prediction module
5、 Research and explore new technology to improve the systems
Essential Skills:
1、 Knowledge of the theory and practice of state estimation and its recent advancements
2、 Knowledge of vehicle kinematics
3、 Knowledge of high definition maps
4、Proficient in C/C++11
5、 Proficient in dealing uncertain data and imperfect maps
6、 Proficient in either the filtering or the smoothing methods
7、 Proficient in isolating, documenting, and tracking issues systematically
8、 Proficient in working and communicating with other engineers and executives
9、Proficient in multitasking and prioritize the work
10、Capable of working independently to quickly overcome challenges without supervision
Desired Skills:
1、 Experience of developing tracking, visual/Lidar odometry or SLAM products
2、 Experience of CUDA
3、 Knowledge of discrete and continuous optimization methods
4、 Knowledge of computer vision techniques and camera models
5、 Knowledge of GPU
6、 Knowledge of IMU
7、 Knowledge of Radar
8、 Knowledge of Lidar
9、 Knowledge of wheel encoder
