1、 Work with the teams to define technical requirements
2、 Lead a team of engineers to research, design, implement, test and deploy robust, comfortable and high-performance motion planning systems under uncertainty – including route planning, trajectory planning and decision making.
3、 Build learning approaches that adapt the above modules in the presence of data
4、 Develop realistic driving scenarios to test the motion planning systems.
5、 Research and explore new technology to improve the systems。

Essential Skills:                                                                                           1、Knowledge of modern motion planning algorithms including randomized search methods and trajectory optimization methods
2、Knowledge of modern decision making algorithms
3、 Knowledge of machine learning and the interplay with motion planning
4、 Hands-on experience with real platforms. Intimate understanding of the challenges of working with complex systems. Quantitative/data driven approach to improve system
5、 Proficient in test-driven development
6、 Proficient in profiling system performance and diagnosing the issues
7、 Proficient in isolating, documenting, and tracking issues systematically
8、 Proficient in working and communicating with other engineers and executives
9、 Proficient in multitasking and prioritize the work
